Why the government can’t just give the bank stimulus money back to the taxpayers – they could save it, which gives it back to banks - or pay off mortgages/taxes, which gives it back to banks or cities/states, or pay down/off credit cards, which gives it back to banks … or spend it, giving it to failing business’ so they’ll stop laying off workers. Why are banks getting to hit the “reset” button...
